"Celebrate the Power of Women" (a Lunch and Learn Event)

In celebration of Women's Health Week, ISHC will be hosting a Lunch and Learn

in the Community Room

Friday, May 18th

from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (lunch will be provided)

 

Guest Speaker, Carrie Rancourt, will discuss women's changing nutriional needs druing their life span, heart disease, healthy diet, vitamins, fats, osteoporosis prevention, supplements, minerals, cancer, and safe weight loss programs.

National Seniors Health & Fitness Day (an OWLS Event)

The NCCRC (Rec Center) is hosting a National Seniors Health & Fitness Day Event for all OWLS (Older, Wiser, Livelier Seniors) and anyone who may be interested in joining the program!  Enjoy a morning of activities, wellness, and friendship at the Rec Center on May 23rd, from 9:30am to 11:30am.
