Robert Douglas, MD
Dr. Robert Douglas holds a Medical Degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI, and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Molecular Biology) from the University of California-San Diego in San Diego, CA. He is Board-Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds certifications in Advanced and Basic Life Support.
Dr. Douglas joins Indian Stream from MedExpress Urgent Care. Other clinical posts include Colorado Permanente Medical Group in Denver, CO and Mid-Michigan Medical Center in Midland, MI. In all, he has over 14 years of experience in family practice. At Indian Stream, Dr. Douglas is available to see children, teens, adults, and older adults.
Kermit Brunelle, MD
Dr. Kermit Burnelle is a Board Certified Pediatrician. He holds a Medical Degree from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT and completed his Residency and Internship in Primary Care Pediatrics at the University of Utah and Affiliated Hospitals in Salt Lake City, UT. Prior to attending medical school, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME.
Dr. Brunelle comes to ISHC from Northeastern Nevada Regional Medical Center in Elko, NV. Other clinical posts include St. Joseph Hospital Pediatrics in Nashua, NH, Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth, NH and Avis Goodwin Community Health Center in Somersworth, NH. In all, he has over 25 years of experience in general pediatrics, including as owner/clinician of his own medical practice in Bedford, NH.
Katrina Colby, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Katrina Colby comes to Indian Stream with a wealth of clinical experience including several years as a registered nurse at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. She recently completed the Nurse Practitioner Program at Rivier University in Nashua, NH. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, NH and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from White Mountains Community College in Berlin, NH.
Elizabeth DeNauw, PA-C
Elizabeth DeNauw joins Indian Stream from Concord Hospital Medical Group in Concord, NH where she served as a Physician Assistant in a large family medicine practice. She received her Physician Assistant Certification from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH and an Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Dorothy Jordan, AGNP-C, APRN
Dorothy Jordan comes to Indian Stream from Blueprint Healthcare. Prior to that, she worked at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital in Salem, NH as a Nursing Supervisor. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from South University in Savannah, GA, and a Bachelor of Science Degree and an Associate’s Degree, both in nursing, from Rivier University in Nashua, NH. She is certified in Advanced and Basic Life Support.
Elizabeth Bean, PA-C
Elizabeth Bean comes to Indian Stream from Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, NH where she worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant. She holds a Physician Assistant Certification from the Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC and a Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Michaels College in Colchester, VT. Ms. Bean is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants as well as in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Kathleen Killeen MSW/MPA/LICSW/LCSW/LDAC/LC/CAADC/SCSW/CMT
Ms. Killeen joined Indian Stream Health Center in the fall of 2019 and comes to our practice with a diverse background and has worked in a number of clinical environments with a variety of populations including:

Substance abuse and recovery clinics
Inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care
ACT Teams for chronically mentally ill

Ms. Killeen has more than three decades of experience in a variety of settings. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA with her master’s degree in Social Work; she also earned a master’s degree in Public Administration (concentration in Human Resources and Labor Law) from West Chester University in West Chester, PA. She obtained her degree in music from Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA and is certified in music therapy with the American Association of Music Therapy (AAMT). She attended Villanova University in Villanova, PA for Addictions Counseling and she is a Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor with licensure in Pennsylvania and in Delaware.
She is certified in trauma-informed therapy after attending Ferentz Institute. She holds an international certified advanced alcohol and drug certification. She is a certified clinical supervisor. She holds clinical licensures in social work in Delaware, New Hampshire and Vermont with Maine clinical licensure pending. Additionally, she is licensed in social work in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. She has administrative experience and she is a certified child welfare supervisor. She developed a music program for methadone patients that was published in Social Work Today Magazine in 2015.
Laurie Connors, LCSW
Laurie Connors holds both a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She is a trained Trauma Clinician and is certified in both EMDR and Eating Disorder Treatment. She recently completed Virtual training for Brainspotting I and II and has more than 20 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field.
For Ms. Connors, this appointment represents a homecoming of sorts as she worked at Indian Stream from 2014-2018, leading the Behavioral Health Team as well as treating patients. She looks forward to providing virtual visits via Indian Stream’s secure telehealth portal. She recently relocated to Punta Gorda, FL from Richmond, VA, after completing a Hospice Social Work position with James River Home Health and Hospice.
Kimberly Richards, Psy D
Dr. Richards comes to Indian Stream from Springfield Psychological in Springfield, MA where she served as a Psychologist on the staff. Other clinical posts have included as a Psychology Associate at Upper Bay Counseling and Support Services in Elkton, MD. She holds a Psy D. in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University in Immaculata, PA, and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York. NY and a B.A. in Psychology from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA, where she studied business administration, religious studies, and art history. Dr. Richards is currently completing a certification in Nutrition and Integrative Health for Mental Health Providers as Certification in EMDR therapy. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
