Low Cost Pharmacy Program
Help for eligible individuals with medication costs.
Medication and application assistance, and community education.
Oral Health Program
Allows appropriate access, for the low-income population, to preventive and restorative dental services.
Pediatric Primary Care
Comprehensive medical treatment for children from birth through adolescence, including preventive care, treatments of acute illnesses, as well as ongoing treatment of chronic conditions.
Complete information and instruction on preventive health care strategies for women, as well as exams, screenings, and resources for uninsured patients.
24 Hour On Call Provider Access
Ability to reach a provider, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Flu vaccines are available via Nurse Only Appointments.
